Once I had recieved the book, I decided to have a read through before sitting down with Baby bear and let me say I personally loved the book. Speaking to Ross about the book he informed me, he met a Capuchin monkey called Hidle when he was volunteering in Bolivia with animals who had been rescued from the illegal pet trade.

Hilde the Capuchin Monkey

I’ve read this book to Baby bear a couple of times now and he really enjoys looking at all the colourful pictures while learning alittle about what happens in the illegal pet trade through a child-friendly manner. I think this book is aimed for slightly older children, but this being said Baby bear really enjoys the book. He just doesn’t understand the meaning of the story really yet.

The book is available directly at Hey Hilde and amazon worldwide. All the links are below. I would recommend this book to anyone it is defiantly worth a read with your little ones. Not only that it is helping get the word out what these innocent animals.
